The following Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms and Conditions”, “Agreement”) apply to all users of DzyrePlay and its associated websites, portals, domains, subdomains, mobile versions, any associated applications and services (collectively, the “Site”), which is operated by LOGICBITE INFOTECH OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “us” or “we”).

By registering with the Site or by availing our services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other policy mentioned herewith and any future modifications that might take place.    DzyrePlay is a subscription-based Video on Demand platform that offers a wide variety of audio-visual content, including but not limited to web series, short films, trailers, clips and content from genres like horror, suspense thriller, drama, comedy and more.
   
   Use of the Services (including access to Content, Live Streaming Services, Chat with Celebrities) is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information on our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
   
   We reserve the right to modify, alter, add or remove clauses from these Terms at any time, with such changes taking effect immediately. Kindly check the Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes binding acceptance.
   
   These Terms of Use apply to all users of the DzyrePlay App and website, which may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and disclaim all liability in this regard. We advise reviewing the terms and policies of any external site you visit via DzyrePlay.
   
   All videos/text/images/software, products, and services offered through the DzyrePlay App or website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DzyrePlay makes no warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms govern your use of our website/app www.DzyrePlay.com and the DzyrePlay App.
   
   You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. If you’re using the services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you're authorized to do so. Use must comply with all applicable laws and our policies.
2. OWNERSHIP AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
   The Site and app, including all graphics, audio, video, content, and intellectual property, are owned by DzyrePlay and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, download, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the content, except as expressly authorized.
   
   All user-generated content created on DzyrePlay is the intellectual property of LOGICBITE INFOTECH OPC PRIVATE LIMITED.
3. CONSENT:
   By using the app or website, you consent to these Terms and the DzyrePlay Policy. If you disagree, please stop using our services immediately. Participation in contests or other offerings may require additional guidelines.
4. AGE RESTRICTION:
   You must be at least 7 years old to use the platform (except for 18+ content). You are solely responsible for ensuring your age meets the requirements.
5. PERMISSION TO USE:
   We grant you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access for personal, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms. Sharing content outside your household or for public performances is prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination.
6. CREATION OF ACCOUNT:
   To access features, you must register using a Gmail ID, which becomes your login ID across all devices. You're responsible for safeguarding your account and must report any unauthorized use. You agree not to misuse our systems or collect personal data from other users.
7. SUBSCRIPTION AND MEMBERSHIP FEES:
   DzyrePlay may offer free or paid services. Packages are subject to change. Fees are billed according to your chosen plan and payment method and are non-refundable. We do not store your financial information and are not liable for related losses. Disputes regarding payments should be directed to the respective third-party payment processor.
8. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
   All payments are final and non-refundable, even if the subscription is cancelled or modified. In case of technical glitches, your bank should automatically reverse the transaction. DzyrePlay may review refund requests at its sole discretion.
9. AVAILABILITY & QUALITY:
   Content availability may change, and video quality depends on your device, location, and internet speed. You are responsible for your internet charges.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
    DzyrePlay is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our platform, content inaccuracies, or third-party conduct. Use is at your own risk. We make no representations for access outside India.
11. INDEMNITY:
    You agree to indemnify DzyrePlay and its affiliates against all claims or liabilities arising from your use, violation of Terms, or infringement on third-party rights.
12. WAIVER:
    No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing. Failure to enforce any part of the Terms does not constitute a waiver.
13. SEVERABILITY:
    If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
14. ASSIGNMENT:
    These Terms are non-transferable by you. We may assign our rights without restriction.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
    You agree that DzyrePlay is based in India and governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
